More than 400 members of the 老司机福利网 community used their bodies to express themselves during the recent Dear World College Tour.
Dear World began in 2009 when founder Robert Fogarty asked New Orleans residents to 鈥渨rite a love note to their city,鈥 four years after Hurricane Katrina brought their home to its knees.
Since then, Dear World has traveled around the globe to take portraits that use ink on skin to convey what people want others to know.
