Three students from the ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø were honored for perfect 4.0 grade point averages during Fall commencement exercises on Dec. 13.
The three were UL ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø’s top graduates for the Fall 2003 semester. They include:
• Sarah Elizabeth Bolding, wife of Ronny Bolding of ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø and daughter of Lynn and Terry Tyler of ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø. Bolding received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration. She earned a double major in accounting and finance.
• Stephanie Renee Etie, is the wife of Jason Jude Etie of Breaux Bridge and daughter of George Bernard Wain of Carencro and Elizabeth Turnage of Broussard. Etie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Liberal Arts. She majored in political science, pre-law.
• Megan Rachelle Hurst, daughter of Kenneth Hurst of Opelousas and Stephanie Burleigh of ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÍø. Hurst received a Bachelor of Arts degree in from the College of Liberal Arts. She majored in speech pathology and audiology.
Each semester the university recognizes its top graduates during Graduate School commencement exercises in the Cajundome.
