Confidential Financial Guarantee
Fill out the Confidential Financial Guarantee form. Submit it along with a current bank statement.
You don’t have to submit this form if you are a refugee or permanent resident.
Immunization Form
All students must before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.
You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.
